Welcome to our events and exhibitions in The Black Diamond. Here you will find practical information that you may need as a guest.

Practical information

You can buy tickets for events in The Black Diamond via the website or in the Diamond's shop.

There are telecoil facilities in the Queen's Hall, where most events take place. The Diamond has two types of devices: one for the hearing impaired without a hearing aid and one for the hearing impaired with a hearing aid.

The telecoil system is not in use at our classical concerts, as they are acoustic.
