From application to job

If you apply for a position with us, the recruitment process begins when you submit your application online.

Once we have a job opening, we review applications on an ongoing basis. This means that we can send an invitation for an interview shortly after the application deadline has expired. We send the invitation by email.

The hiring process typically consists of one to two interviews.

For the first interview, you meet the hiring team. The team usually consists of three to four people. Typically, the manager who will be your immediate manager if you get the position participates, as well as two to three employees from the given department. The interview is a conversation where we can get to know each other better.

If we invite you to a second interview, you may be asked to solve a task, the result of which you will have to present when we meet again. You may also be asked to complete a personality test before the interview.

For the second interview, you will meet the team again as well as a colleague from HR. We give you feedback on your personality test and you will once again have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Shortly after the second interview, we will let you know if you got the job.
