Digitisation of pictures, books, letters, maps, journals and more
We offer digitisation services to both private users and business customers. For example, you can have a photo for your wall digitised or you can order a digitisation for your book release.

We offer digitisation in the form of, for example, photostats and OCR scanning of materials.
Send us your inquiry on the material you would like digitised. Then we find out if it is possible and return with a possible price.
You are also welcome to contact us regarding major digitisation projects that we may be able to solve for you.
Please note that copyrighted material cannot normally be supplied as a digital copy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer legal advice in connection with copyright.

Practical information

Competencies in digitisation of text and image
We work with photographic reproduction equipment, different types of scanners and advanced multispectral digitisation equipment.
Our competencies cover image capture up to A0 format, scanning negatives and slides, text scanning from books and loose sheets with OCR (text recognition) and much more.
In addition to orders from the library's users, we also work with digitisation projects for other cultural institutions.
Multispectral imaging
Multispectral recordings can provide insight into work processes. For example, if an author has made changes in the form of crossing something out, the technique can bring the hidden information to light. It can also make watermarks visible and significantly improve the readability of documents.
The technique is also used to identify historical pigments and ink types. This means that it can be used to visualise retouches and detect counterfeits.
You're welcome to contact us, if you want to hear more about the options for multispectral imaging and at what price we can provide the service.
