For private use

For private use, you can order digitisation of music and audio releases from our collections. The publications must have been produced in Denmark and must no longer be available through ordinary purchase, which includes streaming and download services.

For business use

For business use, you can order digitisation of music and audio releases from our collections. It is a prerequisite that the publication or recording is out of copyright and thus in the public domain.

Price and payment

  • It costs DKK 240 excluding VAT per audio file in mp3 format.
    This applies to both private and business customers.
  • Business customers will receive an invoice in a separate email.
  • Private customers pay via MobilePay number 241 549, and the store is called Informationen Det Kgl. Bibliotek Aarhus.

Shipping and handling time

  • We will send the audio copy to you via email.
  • The processing time is 10 working days.

Please send only one order per release/album/record.

Title of the track/titles of the tracks is required

The audio copy is sent as an mp3 file per email when we have received your payment. Pay via the MobilePay number 241549 - the recipient is Informationen Det Kgl. Library Aarhus .
