We support Royal Danish Library's work through efficient and secure operations. We ensure robust structures and provide the foundation for collaboration across the organisation.
Royal Danish Library has approximately 900 employees across more than 30 locations, guiding thousands of users and visitors throughout Denmark every day.
Resources and Service delivers professional and secure administration, operations and development. We support the library's overall activities through high-quality service, efficient workflows and continuous improvements, with a focus on quality, collaboration and responsible use of resources.
We provide the stable foundation for Royal Danish Library's work through finance, human resources, facilities management, transport, procurement, and security.
The area is responsible for the following functions:
- Human Resources
- Finance, budget and accounting
- Properties, facilities and premises administration
- Transport of inventory, library materials transport, and furniture management
- Procurement
- Guard Service and security (across all Royal Danish Library locations)
