Santa mail and Christmas wishes

Bring the whole family to the Christmas workshop and get into the Christmas spirit at Royal Danish Library.

Send mail to Santa Claus, a Christmas card to Grandma, or perhaps a Christmas wish for peace in the world? Write or draw the most beautiful Christmas letters with quill, ink and wax seal - just like in the old days.

We have been in the archives and researched what children wanted for Christmas back in the day. Among other things, we have found up to 100-year-old toy catalogues, where you can see what your parents, grandparents, great-grandparents or great-great-grandparents wanted for Christmas. Perhaps you can find inspiration for what should be on your own Christmas wish list this year?

The event is for children aged 5-11 together with their adults - and is of course free.
