Purchase of tickets for members of the Diamond Club
If you want to buy tickets online, send an email to diamantklubben@kb.dk. We subsequently send a personal link to Billetlugen's website, where it is possible for you to buy tickets with a Diamond Club discount.
- You can buy for as many events as you want.
- You will automatically be allocated the best available seats. If you want to sit somewhere else, you can change it before the final purchase.
- The ticket window has a standard fee for purchases. The amount is the same regardless of the number of tickets you purchase.
- Tickets must be printed out or displayed on your phone and presented on the day along with your membership card.
As a member of the Diamond Club, you can pre-book tickets for The Black Diamond's cultural events by calling the club telephone on +45 9132 4888 on Monday and Thursday between 10-12 a.m. and 1-4 p.m.
Tickets must be picked up 14 days after ordering, or the reservation is cancelled and the tickets go on sale.
If the reservation is made less than 14 days before the event, the tickets must be picked up no later than ½ hour before the start of the event. If the tickets are not picked up before then, they will be put up for sale.
You can always buy tickets directly in the store in The Black Diamond during opening hours.
