Friday jazz on the waterfront - Nordic Root: Hans Ulrik, Krister Jonsson & Bo Stief

Come and listen to live jazz by the harbour in front of The Black Diamond - completely free!

For the season's first Friday jazz on the waterfront, you can experience a long-awaited musical summit between three musicians with roots firmly planted in the Nordics: the Danish double and electric bassist Bo Stief with saxophonist Hans Ulrik and the Swedish guitarist Krister Jonsson.

The trio's shared passion is to create both well-composed and spontaneous improvised music, and it is the Nordic mind, temperament, taste, attitude, aesthetics and uniqueness that is the basic inspiration for the concert. The music is based on universal terms such as moods, soundscapes, words, beauty, vitality, lightness, inventiveness, variety, interplay and personal creativity.

Come experience a soundtrack that bends genres and is based on the three musicians' openness, versatility and desire to play new live music - and create experiences for everyone!

Come by The Black Diamond every Friday in July, where we present live jazz on the harbour in front of the The Diamond. You can buy snacks and cold refreshments in the Madkartotek's pop-up bar and enjoy the view from the harbour quay while entertaining your ear canals.
