One of the world's most widely read authors is a guest at International Authors' Stage, namely Dan Brown. And his writing is a great fit for Royal Danish Library. In his universe, secret manuscripts and forgotten documents play a major role. Cryptic clues are hidden in old libraries, the Louvre's collections and the Vatican archives - and they lead the main characters through layers of history and myth, and show how the archives of a national library are a treasure trove of authentic historical testimonies waiting to be rediscovered.

The Secret of Secrets
The book is about the famous symbologist Robert Langdon from Harvard, who travels to Prague to attend a lecture by the prominent researcher Katherine Solomon, with whom he has just begun a relationship. Katherine is about to publish a controversial book with astonishing discoveries about human consciousness that will turn centuries-old beliefs upside down. But a brutal murder turns the trip into chaos, and suddenly Katherine and her manuscript have disappeared.
Langdon realises he has come across a powerful organization and is now being pursued by a cold-blooded assassin with ties to Prague's oldest mythology. As the events expand to include London and New York, Langdon desperately tries to find Katherine and get answers.
