Danish circus history: archives and posters

The Drama Collection holds a collection of as yet uncatalogued archival material about the circus and circus artists in Denmark.

The Department of Maps, Prints and Photographs  holds an extensive collection of circus posters. Approximately half of the collection is registered and can be found in Den Nationale Billedbase. The posters must be ordered under the name of the circus (Danish or foreign).
