Composition: Between 1896 and 1897.

The piece is notated on a pencil sketch for Hymnus Amoris (CNW 100), composed in 1896. However, the dance has nothing to do with Hymnus Amoris; Nielsen merely re-used the manuscript paper for the pencil draft for Bondedans.
