Composition: 1848 to 1850.

The three pieces have hardly anything in common, apart from the fact that they originally were published in "Julehilsen til Store og Smaae" during the years 1848-1851. They were published collectively in one volume as well as in three separate volumes, but with the same title page and the same pagination as in the collective edition.
