Make cool airplanes in the Black Diamond's workshop - The Creative Library.
Bring your siblings, friends and adults for some creative fun in the Black Diamond's workshop - The Creative Library. At the workshop, you can make your own artwork with artist Ann Louise Andersen. We have been to the library archives and found beautiful and fascinating old books and pictures, which we are inspired by. All workshops are drop-in events and take about one hour, but you are more than welcome to stay longer.
So get your inner artist ready and come along.
This time we are taking a closer look at airplanes. The library's collections are full of pictures of cool planes from the 1950s and 1960s and we will be taking a closer look at them, so you can make your own airplane to take home. First we will fold an airplane and then cast it in plaster.
The event is for children aged 5-12 and their adults - and is of course free.
