Probably acquired in Poland (Lodz) in 1927 (letter from Benjamin Balslev to the University Librarian, 1927-05-28). Preservation work (cleaning and mounting) by the Royal Library's Department of Preservation, 2002.
Contents partly identical (lines 3-25a) with passages in כף אחת by Chaim Yosef David Azulai. Possibly of Oriental/North African origin.
