Log on and registration
If you experience problems with your user-id you can obtain assistance by describing your problem in an email to fjernadgang@kb.dk
If you experience other problems with access to e-resources you can obtain assistance by describing your problem in an email to e-ressourcer@kb.dk.
If you try to register as a user in REX, and are told that you are already registered, you most probably have an old library card without a valid pin code ( 4 digits).
Send an email to udlaan@kb.dk with your CPR-number or call 33 47 51 83.

What do the abbreviations used in connection with Access stand for?
Your search results in the electronic resources contain information about access, which you find by clicking on the " i ".
The various abbreviations indicate which subdivisions of the library or which faculties have access.
- KB: the Royal Library, the Black Diamond
- KU: University of Copenhagen , all six faculties
- KUB: Copenhagen University Library
- KUB Nord: Copenhagen University Library at Nørre allé (Naturvidenskab/Sundhedsvidenskab)
- KUB Syd: Copenhagen University Library at University of Copenhagen in Njalsgade (Humaniora/Teologi))
- KUB City: Copenhagen University Library in Fiolstræde (Samfundsvidenskab)
- KU Hum: The Humanities Faculty
- KU Jur: The Law Faculty
- KU Nat: The Natural Sciences Faculty
- KU Samf: The Social Sciences Faculty
