Workshop 2

All consortium members were invited to participate in the second project workshop. The workshop hosted discussions and presentations on different software technologies (systems) that were condidates for an e-print archive for the Nordic arts and humanities: E.g. EPrints, LUR and HAL.

The starting point of the discussion was the ability of the various software to support the technical requirements that were the outcome of Workshop 1. The two relevant documents are the drafts of policy and requirements (both PDF).

When: Monday August 20th, 12:00-17:00
Where: Biblioteksdirektionen (BD) at Tornavägen 9B, Lund 
How:  Approximately 1.5-2 kilometer walk from the train station ( Map ) or by bus no. 1 from the station (direction "Ö Torn") to the stop at "Tunavägen-LTH"
