Author rights

Sometimes you give up your rights as an author: When you publish in international journals, this can e.g. happen when sign the cover letter attached to the article proofs after the acceptance stage. Fortunately most publishers and journals accept an addendum that allow you to retain your author rights. One such example is the  " SPARC Author Addendum", which can be downloaded here:
