Physiology, Biochemistry and Biophysics

Physiology describes the biological processes in live organisms. Biochemistry and Biophysics have developed from Physiology and there is substantial overlap between the three disciplines.

How do you get hold of the books?

All books may be searched in  REX,. Here you get direct access to the electronic books. Printed books from 1999-2007 are accessible on open shelves and are placed after subject. Older printed books must be ordered (form in Danish). From 2008, books are on open shelves, but placed by numerus currens (by number of inclusion in the collections). You may find them by searching major keywords in our catalogue REX.

 

Scientific papers

Search bibliographic databases (peer-reviewed references) or search engines (you must evaluate any reference found here yourself).
If you are not on Campus, i.e. at home or abroad, you have to access databases via REMOTE ACCESS (login at the right hand corner).

Where do you find the journals?

Journals are most easily found via  REX, where there is a direct link to the electronic journals and information about the printed ones. All printed journals must be ordered ( page in Danish).
