How do I find a book?

Open Stacks (Bogsalen)
Books from 2003-present are located in the Open Stacks (Bogsalen) at the Faculty Library of Natural- and Health Sciences. All journals are located in our closed stacks (Nærmagasin) and need to be ordered in advance.

How do I find a book in the open stacks
In order to find where a book is located, you need to find it's shelfmark in REX. 
The books in the open stacks are placed as follows:
Books which can only be used on site are located on the lower floor.

Books available for home loan are located in 2 different collections:

1) KUB-collection
Books from 2008-present are called the KUB-collection and are shelved by an acquisition number. The KUB-collection is located in the shelves nearest the enterance of the open stacks. 

2) Books from 2001-2007
Books from the period 2001-2007 are placed in subject categories.
Natural Sciences , Health Sciences , Other groups (in Danish only - please ask the staff for assistance)

How can I access the books in the closed stacks. 
You can order all books and journals from before 2003 in  REX. They will be ready for pick up the next weekday after 2pm.
