Students may borrow a locker
Last update: 10-14-2010 04:48 PMIf you are writing your thesis, you may borrow a locker for 6 months. Students at other levels may borrow a locker for 2 months or for 1 day.
How to apply for a locker?
Either you borrow a locker by addressing the counter directly, or you can reserve a locker in REX, our online catalogue, in this way:
- Write ”skab” in the upper field, and press “search”.

- Reserve the locker - you may indicate how long time you need it.
- If the locker is available, you will receive an e-mail notifying that the key.
can be collected at the counter the following day. The reservation will be maintained for 8 days. - If the locker is in use, you will receive an e-mail as soon as it is avaiable.
- Remember to bring your University ID-card.
- In order to borrow a locker for 6 months, you will have to show your thesis contract.
The library takes no responsibility for the content placed in the lockers. If the key is not returned after the end of the period, the library will charge a fee of DKK 200.
