Online databases and registersMaterials which cannot be searched for in the databases may be used in person at the Center's reading room.
Maps and Atlas - Covers maps and atlases acquired after 1960.
Other maps and atlases must be looked up in the card catalogues in the Center's reading room.
Numerous maps, which have been scanned, are included as links in the relevant catalogue records. See Maps and Atlas - Skanned maps
The National Picture Database - covers c. 50.000 searchable images and includes:
Topographical pictures of Copenhagen
Chronological historical collection - Denmark 1940-45

The National Photography Museum, selected works
H.C. Andersen, Carl Nielsen, Rued Langgaard
Portrait Index - an online register of the persons in the portrait collection including selected pictures of danish persons
Guide to the collection : a guide to the most frequently used Print and Photography collections (in Danish) - a guide how to order materials in person for use in the Center's reading room.
The National Photography Museum - a sub-base within the National Image Database. The collection of The National Photography Museum is registered as it is acquired, though Danish photography has first priority. The daguerreotype collection is registered, and c. 4000 works are searchable in the database.
A number of the works registered in the database may not be displayed on the screen due to copyright rules. These materials may be viewed in person in the Center reading room.
