International Authors' Stage

The famous and award-winning Norwegian writer Herbjørg Wassmo visits The International Author’s Stage in connection with The Black Diamond’s half year theme: Ideas about women.

Wassmo has created some of the greatest female figures in Norwegian literature, and in this context she will talk about her new book A Hundred Years in a conversation with Anette Dina Sørensen. Wassmo received the Nordic Council Literature Prize in 1987. Since then she has become well-known author in Denmark mostly with her Dina trilogy which brought her successes such as Dina’s book (Dinas bog) and Dina’s son (Lykkens søn).

Actress Karin Bang Heinemeir reads passages from the book.
