5 parts.
Title page (folder, fol. 1r): No: 7. | Concerto. ex A♯. | à 5. | Flauto Traverso. | Violino Primo. | Violino Secundo. | Viola. | et | Basso. | dell Sigr= Scheibe.
Source consists of five parts (fl., vl.1, vl.2, va., bs.) and a folder with title page; each part is a trimmed bifolio. All parts and folder in the same hand as in SchW A1:006 and A1:007. Paper types, rastrum, and ink colour of staves reveal different stages of production though carried out by the same copyist.
Watermark: three different watermarks are visible of which folder and va. part have the coat-of-arms of Amsterdam (fol. 1) set between two lions and with the countermark 'G P G' (fol. 2), somewhat similar to Heawood:391–403, and Lassen:IV,2; vl. 2 part is of a second type, not identifiable; and the remaining parts (fl., vl. 1, bs.) are of a third type (similar to Heawood:3704) which is also found in SchW B2:306. Paper of rather thin, yet good quality.
